It is a beaut! I even bid against you Steve, though I didn't even meet your first bid in two tries. A cheapskate like me will never have such a thing. I'll trade you an SR5 and a Sabre for it when you win.

I've never really liked them fancy boy quilt tops, but those anniv. Rays look fantastic to me and this one looks better than usual.

Forget about the secretary

Those 20'th anniv SR's sell for about the same as awell kept SR5 here in Sweden. Not common, mind you, but they pop up now and then.
The only thing I don't like too much about them is the glued on pick guard. Amd the fact that they are four-bangers

Oh I won't win it...I bid $1,250 and didn't pop the reserve and won't go any higher. I saw one of these sell for almost $2,500 on eBay a while back and I won't pay that much for one.

BTW, This thread caused me to google reviews of this anniv. bass. One guy claimed that a Bart pickup was a factory option for $400. Is that a bunch of hooey or what?
