Y2D colours?

I am aware that there will be a few custom colours on the new Morse. But are the regular colours also available on the new model???
 
From my chit-chats with my sales rep last week, there are only 3 colors you can get the new "y2d" Morse model in - Purple Sunset, De-Purple Burst, and Tobacco Sunset.

Kind of nice for that model to be extra special and have it's own standard colors! But that's just my opinion :)

And Pete - you have talked to a rep about these. Can I email you with availability and other questions?

i think there is a tob. sunset on the post ( Y2D pic from NAMM by Bassplyr ) post #11. it's on the left......
 
Any idea what the final choice for pickup colors on the tobacco model is?

The winter NAMM shots show the tobacco with zebra pups, but I know that additional mods, including the purple bobbins, were made to the Y2d after the January show.

I'm guessing the de-purple burst will also have the purple bobbins similar to the purple sunset, but you can set me straight if I am guessing wrong

Thanks Derek - I like the thought of the tobacco w/black - very very nice :)

Any chance there is a proto photo of that combo?
or perhaps a live version at the open house? :cool:
 
I have not seen one yet. We will post when we build a production model.
 
I think there was a tobacco burst at the winter NAMM. I'm sure it was still a proto not a final.
