Question y2d pickup switch discrepancy..

Another question guys..at 4:40 Steve talks about having the neck and bridge pickup next to eachother on the switch as opposed to at complete ends, which is how mine is wired..again, was this something that was done on early y2d models?

Yes. The proto shown here looks to be wired just like a standard Morse, minus the extra pickup and switch for it. So this has a three way switch (Bridge, Neck, Bridge Single) and a toggle to add the bridge pickup to whatever else is selected.

Same 5 way combination in the end they just had a different idea to switching them..probably better this way though it would have been nice to have the bridge and neck next to eachother on the switch..
