Y2D vs 25th Anniversary

I was hoping someone could help me out with the tonal differences between the Y2D and the 25th anniversary guitar. I've played a 25th Anniversary and liked it a lot, but I'm still interested in the Y2D but am unable to play one. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
