Hey.

My friend just got me the best birthday gift, a pass to meet Dream Theater at Looney Tunes in West Babylon, NY. It was great. All the guys we're great and it was exciting to meet some of the most influential musicians of my life. I brought my EB/MM Petrucci to get signed.

BTW: JP asked me about the tremol-no I had installed. I gave him a little walkthrough about it. :)

I still played the guitar, so I found some polycrylic water based finish at my local paint store, applied and it seems to be great in protecting the signatures.

That's awesome.

One thing, aren't you afraid that Jordan's signature will peel off with the protective film on the cover?

adamrogo: Yeah I am, but I've had the plastic on for almost 5 months with no signs of peeling so we'll see.

Jazzbo: I love it. It def is the best of both worlds. The only thing I dislike, is that its really easy to lose the thumbscrews if you're not careful.

Is that Blue Pearl?

I love how JP is so into all the tech aspects of guitars. He actually shows interest in so many things; the tremol-no for example.

I met them in TO last-last Saturday, they're so cool. LaBrie seemed PO'ed though because JP kept writing his signature HUGE so he'd have no space left, haha.:p

Dangit!! I didn't know about the thing at Looney Tunes, I woulda been there for sure. Oh well, I still got to hang with the boys a little backstage at Jones Beach that night though.
