Ok,

So you all know the score on how good EBMM Customer Service is - I'm posting this for the lurkers and non believers.


I PM'd Beth on a SUNDAY Got an answer - traded some PM's get a response, I then make 1 phone call in the UK part delivered, Job done.

Simple yet perfect, I deal with various organisations as part of my work - most of them in the global IT market, if they had a business model half as good as this they'd take over the world.

Keep up the good work guys, your world class customer service is one of the many reasons I will only ever buy ball from now on.

I couldn't agree more!! They were phenomeanl in answering questions before I even bought my first EBMM. I say it in the threads all the time. THEY ROCK!!!
