You guys are pretty harsh on this guy. I mean he does a lot of great work on these guitars that would otherwise be virtually useless. I do this all the time with other so-called “luxury items” that are basically just pieces of crap that people try to sell.
For instance, I was a Mercedes dealership, and this freak-o had the audacity to try and sell a Mercedes with NON SYNTHETIC OIL!! So I took their obviously inferior product and added half of a quart of synthetic oil to it, just to save this poor machine and add a justifiable seventeen thousand dollars to the asking price. Then I put in some fuel injection formula and informed the clerk that since I had modified his crap-car, he could now sell it for easily $25,000 more than the asking price.
Oh, and I also went to the Grand Canyon and planted a few roses around one of the trails and totally changed the whole look and feel of the park. I mean come on! Roses!! I told the park ranger that he should up the price of admission by at least $100 per person and that afterwards they would thank him for doing them a favor.
I am thinking of visiting the Seattle Art Museum later this month to "augment" their crap Van Gogh exhibit. I have a whole box of sharpies and a creative mind for art. Those lucky bastards are going to make a killing when I am done!
Now, you should go and re-read this post making sure to add the proper amount of sarcasm that it was written with.
Oh and Ed Roman... Doi.
