been playing my Y2D pretty much all day and once i got used to the neck it really seemed like I had been playing it for years. The finish is gorgeous the quality of the build seems amazing. It has got be one of the best feeling and playing guitars i have played in many years. I don't even remember having that les paul anymore. its nice to have a guitar that i want to play not one that just sits in the case.wish i tried these guitars sooner.

Congrats man! Ain't that a great feeling? I got rid of a CS Tele (sitting in the case all the time) and traded it for 2 balls - players! Nothing like having a guitar that inspires you to play.

really is nothing like having a guitar that you don't want to put down and with a finish like on this one I find myself just staring at it.
In rhode island I don't know if there is any music man dealers so I just never really got to see or play one before.

Very wise decision and congrats on a killer guitar. The Y2D is a tone monster and judging from your avatar pic you got a pretty nice top, too.

After I bought my first Music Man I sold my Strat and then traded my Ibanez for a SUB1 guitar. I also started playing guitar about 5x more than I did before I got the Music Man.

It's funny. I keep a cheaper guitar next to my seat in the living room on a stand. All the others are in cases till I'm ready to play them. Well, I've got music for our next performance and needed to get a few sounds set up on the effects pedal, so pulled out the Axis SS MM90. I got that "wow" feeling as soon as I started playing it. Soooooo much better than my "couch" guitar.
