Spud, in that case why don't "you" just do the demo for us?! I mean with all the amps you have (lol, lol, lol), it'll prolly be more than 1/2 hr., plus we get to see your EBMM arsenal!

Hee hee now wouldn't that be a laugh!!

The trouble is I have 2 friends in the amp repair business and lately they have been tempting me with some old amp goodness.
An all original Vox AC10 and a different Wem combo.
The VOX is outta my price range - I may offer him something just before Christmas and see if he bites.

My "bread and butter" amps are my Mesa and my BJ.
The Marshall is getting to be quite collectable so I don't take it out much - just once in a while to blow a few cobwebs away.

The WEM is in the rehearsal space.

Whilst we are on the subject of amps - there is a red knob Fender Champ in the jam night - boy what a great little amp.

Yes Jimmy - there is one of those synths around my mates workshop - really strange thing that has gaps in the frets!! made me cringe seeing them throw the amp down the stairs to check how rugged it was.
I'd love to get that onto a DVD for posterity but I'm not too good at doing things like that.

You still need to pass on some of the details of the WEM!!

I'm quite tempted by one of the amp-maker kits at the moment. Need a project for the Christmas break!

Hi Jim this is "London calling" :)

He has 2 WEM Dominators - one is the later version not sure about the other one.
One is working and the other he needs to fix - as he is an amp tech by trade he shouldn't have too much difficulty in getting it up and running. I'll try and take some pics on the weekend.

Also in the workshop is a lovely Vox AC 10 - lovely sound and he has the vibrato working like a dream - all original except for the footswitch which is a good copy of the original, made on a lathe from an aluminium billet. AC 10's go for $2000 upwards but I may make him a silly offer for it just before Xmas.
