I just bought a lawsuit LP on eBay. Electra ser#2445. I'm officially in love. And a pair of Carvin 12" 100W speakers for my XS100. They arrive tomorrow. ***BUT*** the zoom 802CD i got there shows, and i quote, intHDD error at bootup in the display window. I used it to prog out ONE STINKIN' THREE MINUTE SONG! The eBay seller didn't include the software disk so i downloaded it from zoom's sight. NUTHIN'. NADA. ZIP! And much to my dismay, they have zip for support. That's how I got here. Praise God for Google! What say ye, my merry band o' minstrals?

 Wow! I'm glad you guys said something! I was beginning to think maybe I got a bad bottle of Jameson!

Has anyone informed this guy that he is not on an Electra/Carvin/XS100/ZOOM/Computer forum yet? :D

I keep saying to myself, "A Zoom product with some kind of glitch?"

And I just can't bring myself to believe it.

haha

yeah I have never encountered a problem with zoom gear

I have always wondered why JP doesnt just use a zoom multi effects instead of carting that big black box with all those lights which make funny sounds

steve vai has changed to a multi effects but I dont think its a zoom :eek::mad:

wow, that post makes just enough sense to be totally perplexing. It reads almost like those spammy emails with the nonsensical "sentences"...but there's just enough sense here to see that isn't what it is.

Interesting myspace page too...I particularly dug "one ten deluxe".

Sorry I can't help with the zoom issue; I don't know anything about that.

emm I take it you do know that the intHDD is an internal Hard Disk Drive problem. As you mentioned it probably needs rebooted,I would contact the seller or try and phone your nearest zoom dealer/distributor and see if they can send you a new disk.
These problems are normally reversable or you could buy a new hard drive for it and that would be that but you would probably have to get the software loaded into that too!!

Im glad you like your new guitar...any pics???

also I dunno what a xs100 is but it seems like its an amp/poweramp
and Im glad you are happy in your tonal quest

any plans for an EBMM
they really are the best guitars man has made...thanks BP (he is the boss and owner of EBMM)

if its Les Pauls that float your boat perhaps you may like an Axis or older EVH both AMAZING guitars

head on over to the guitar forum for all you EBMM questions

Oh, my! I'm sorry! I didn't know I logged into JERK CENTRAL!!!

You didn't, although I have the URL for it if you want to check it out.

Seriously, it is kind of hard to figure out what it is we can do for you. The official Ernie Ball Music Man forum stands ready to offer whatever assistance we can with your Ernie Ball Music Man product!

The boys (and I) were just having a little fun because, well, let's face it, it's the EBMM forum and we weren't seeing much EBMM content.

We're really nice, though.

I thought this was spam at first but apparently it was a legit question just asked in the wrong companies forum. Either way adopted.son has been scared away and he requested I cancel his account.
