Some 10 years ago I bought a bootleg CD out of evilbay : the Jeff Porcaro Tribute Concert . Have heard stories about this event so no chance I could not get this . When leaving a comment I wrote : quality typical for a bootleg .
Guess what ???? The sellers account was blocked and erased two days later .
So , years gone by and we are having this kind of s&€t happening - no reaction for counterfeit stuff ... whatever happened to eBay ??? Are you there , Wonderdog ????

These counterfeiters should have the woods taken away from them.

Hopefully the tree that this 'guitar' was made from was diseased. I reckon it was built by someone who had seen a photo of an EBMM instrument, from a long..long distance away. Then never seen the photo again for several years. Then suffered a horrendous brainal injury, resulting in permanent amnesia.

Sure , but the headstock says EBMM , so imagine someone unfamiliar with the brand picking this [excuse my language] "instrument" and saying : wtf ? this thing is horrible ! Then imagine BP and the stuff @ EBMM reading such a comment.......

That is one of the most pathetic fakes I've ever seen.

I wouldn't mind offering him $20 to buy it and do a video teardown just to see how bad it is.

Funny, that actually happened to me once, I handed my Luke 1 to a friend to try (sadly he is no longer with us) and as genuine as the guitar is, he went "oh no, that's horrible". It just didn't feel right to him, but hey each to their own. It could be worse though, imagine someone trying the fake guitar and actually liking it? Haha it doesn't bear thinking about.

Since your throwing away money I could always use an extra $20 or two.

I've reported it as well. It's really sad that someone unfamiliar with the brand may actually buy this s**t in the belief they have a bargain.

Why are you guys so angry? Didn't you see the neck plate? This thing was "custom made".

I'm surprised they spelled 'custom made' correctly.

I saw one of the chi-EVH stealth clones up close. It had a damn knot in the neck. An actual black spot. The "ebony" was also pretty ugly. The "Floyd rose" was out of tune, not after each dive bomb, but every time I strummed it. It was just crap.

I'll take it. What's more I'll swap it for my Range Rover. Here's a picture of it.
