Just got my first musicman jp6. Best guitar I've ever had. Could u help me with dating it. Serial G43018. Also I believe it's the radiant red but not positive. Thank u

This one isn't coming up in the database, is there any chance the serial number could be something different? E41699 brings up a StingRay 3EQ in Natural with the Maple neck that was completed on July 28th, 2004.

E05803 - This StingRay 5 was completed on November 25th, 1998. The color is Sunburst with the Maple neck. It was originally shipped to Steve's Music.

E58328 - This StingRay 5 HH was completed on March 3rd, 2007. The color is Tobacco Burst with the Rosewood fretboard & matching headstock. It was originally shipped to Music Stop.

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on February 14th, 2001. The color is Pearl Blue with the Maple neck. It was originally shipped to Bass Central.

This JP6 was completed on August 19th, 2008. The color is Radiance Red.

I believe it may be an EX model (Assembled in Japan). The serial number is stamped on the bridge 41699.
As far as I can tell, the only way it's different from an American Stingray is there's nothing on the back of the headstock.

Can you give info about the serial 35195? It has 2 band eq but also an active/passive switch. That was installed in the factory?

This StingRay 2EQ was completed on July 29th, 1992. The color is Black with the Maple neck. The active/passive switch was not from factory on this one. It was originally shipped to Musik Meyer.

As far as I can tell, the only way it's different from an American Stingray is there's nothing on the back of the headstock.

The production records for the EX models were never imputed into our serial number database unfortunately. Nothing on the back of the headstock would check out with the EX model.

Looking for info on a Dargie Delight 1st edition Stingray 5HH. Serial E54785. Would like to know how many of these 1st edition Dargie Stingray 5HHs went into production too if possible and if you know what number within the production this bass was. Thank you.
