Along with the usual date of birth, color, and shipped-to info, could you please give me any other info you may have on it? I'm especially wondering what wood the body and finger board are made of. Thanks for being here for us!!!

Looking for DOB and specs of a SR5 I bought on second hand last weekend in southern France (Sète).

Serial is E25626. The SR5 is transluscent teal with H + piezo p-ups, rosewood fretboard, black matte pg.

Is this bass equiped with a phantom coil ? I mean is it really having an hidden coil under the pg ? I don't want to open it yet.

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on February 10th, 1993. The color is Teal with the Rosewood fretboard. It was originally shipped to EM Nordic (Sweden).

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on April 24th, 1998. The color is Natural with the lined fretless Pau Ferro fretboard & Maple neck. The body wood is Ash. It was originally shipped to Thoroughbred Music.

E25626 - This is a StingRay 5 with Piezo that was completed on October 12th, 2001. The color is Translucent Teal with the Rosewood fretboard. This pickup does have the phantom coil. We don't have the originally shipped to information for this one.

I have to say I am very impressed to see that thread and how responsive you guys are!!

I spoke to a nice gentleman today about a bass and he gave me the serial number saying it was a 4strings SUB but I would like to have the full information on the bass please!

Hi from Australia. I bought a Stingray 5 a little over a year ago new with serial number E90263 and looking for info like everyone else. I think it was made either late 2012 or early 2013 going by other guitars dated on here. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks mate.

This Bongo 5 HH was completed on December 9th, 2004. The color is Desert Gold with the Rosewood fretboard. It was originally shipped to Voerman Amersfoort.
