This StingRay 2EQ was completed on February 25th, 1997. The color is Black with the Maple neck. It was originally shipped to Musik Meyer. We don't offer appraisals on used instruments through the factory as we don't have experience dealing in the use market. It's best to check Reverb.com to see what models in similar condition are going for.

Hi guys, I have recently purchased an EB MM SR4 HH my serial number is E17303.

Can you give me any more information about it, please?

Looks like it could be one of the 25 maple fret board special edition basses commissioned by Long and McQuade (Red pearl burst, clear pick guard etc), for their 50th anniversary. The serial number seems to be a long way off the other L&M special edition bases currently registered in the data base however so not sure about the history.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

We didn't have information in the archive about the limited run, but I inquired with the international team and they confirmed this was for Long & McQuades 50th anniversary run.
