This Caprice Bass was completed on June 14th, 2016. The color is Heritage Tobacco with the Rosewood fretboard. It was originally shipped to Guitar Center. Wood color can vary from piece to piece, but it would be worth applying some Ernie Ball Wonder Wipes fretboard conditioner or any high grade lemon oil to the fretboard. It's possible that it wasn't oiled while at Guitar Center.

This one isn't coming up in our database. It could be a pre or early Ernie Ball instrument. The serial number database didn't come around until the late 1980s after Ernie Ball took over the company so we don't have the production records for the pre/early instruments unfortunately. There may be a date stamp in the neck pocket or heel. There is also a good reference website where you can compare to similar serial numbers, http://musicmanbass.org/mycustompage0052.htm.

Sorry about missing this one. This Stingray 5 was completed on October 28th, 2004. The color is White with the Rosewood fretboard & matching headstock. It was originally shipped to Martin Music.

Sorry this does have the Maple neck with the Rosewood fretboard. It has ceramic pickups.
