Unique ??

B016394 - Neck 28 Feb 1980. Body 14 (?) Feb 1980. Natural with fretless Ebony. Black pg. Left Handed

The only lefty pre-EB Fretless Stingray in the database is now for sale. I bought it new in 1981, it's been with me ever since.

Apart from the nut, whch was replaced a year ago, it's in absolutely original condition. It even still has the badly perished remains of the original sponge rubber damper pads attached to their little springy arms. There is some player wear to the finish, some tarnishing from sweatty hands on the knobs, and the volts holding down the bridge have lost their chrome, but its been cared for, and looks a lot better than most regularly used guitars of its age.

I've got 2 other good guitars, both fivers, and I don't need the S/R any more, so someone else should be playing it. It shouldn't be lying around in my house gathering dust.

I want it to go to a good home, but I also want to get the price it waarrants. Its rarity value alone is worth a tangible amonut.

Tell her you need the camera because you're going to sell one of your basses. That should get her interested :D

PS. Great looking fretless, best of luck with the sale (from the owner of the oldest right handed pre-EB fretless in the database)
