ok managed to get a few pics this morning. Hard to show the glow and warm this bass has in the flesh.
I have been playing spot the join on the body....not a chance.

I know what you mean larry....although saw and it spoke to me. Kinda reminds me of a the finish on a double bass I used to own.

Actually wanted to ask BP if it is possible some of the marks on the body would be saw/tool marks. There are these cool 'z's in the wood grain. Its very organic feeling.
