Okay, it same, and here are my thoughts.

What an amp. Holy freakin stars, what an amp. The whole 500 watts at 6.39 pounds is cool, but the tone of this amp is flat out amazing.

We all know that Ive been in amp whore mode for a while, and Ive tried about everything Ive wanted to try to include GK, Ampeg, Trace, Eden, Mesa, Euphonic Audio, Aguilar, the whole nine yards.

All that said, the MarkBass is the most ear pleasing amp Ive plugged into to date. Has a great tone set flat, and there are a wide range of tonal options in this amp. So, say what you will about it not lasting, but this time youre gonna be wrong. Ive never played an amp that I liked EVERYTHING about until the MarkBass. No kidding. The sweetest my basses have ever sounded.

That's the amp I probably would have ended up getting... If I was able to afford it as well as a cab, since I'm both low on money and used combo's until now...

I have to play this. Soon. Hopefully tommorow night.

Can I bring one of my Neos? :D :p

My next amp will either be a Mark Bass or a GK Fusion. I think it's going to be the Fusion.

I think that idea may change when you hear this MarkBass.

How much are these?

Might be just the thing to go with my EBMM cabs.

Ray, GC sells these for $599. The absolute most bang for any buck Ive ever spent. I can only imagine how good a Single H would sound through one of these.

One of those V** knobs are really neat. When I went to the demo at GC Hollywood, the guy picked up a 30th anniv. SR, turned it up, and got a great vintage sound that really cut through well. Then he turned it off and got that classic SR sound again. :D
