Luke did play through it. It was pretty damn cool. Looks like they are still working on it. I think it was Dudley who had a proto wah connected to another box with some selector knobs, probably to fine-tune the wah's sound. I'm most likely going to get one of them after it comes out.

someone mustve played the Wah!!!

Luke will tell us one day how it sounded.

Sounds like Luke has had one for a while. He's had it long enough to have the pot get dirty, which, come to think of it may not be long, but yeah...it sounds like he's had it for a while now.

I played it a lot at NAMM.

If you are familiar with the Morley Bad Horsie (the 1, not the 2), I can explain it in pretty good detail, as it's the wah I currently use.

The EB wah has a nice mid/bottom end punch, a lot of wahs lack there and fortunately this one does not. Up top, it's very smooth, right on the edge of screech almost, which is perfect. I always disliked how some Dunlop wahs are very screechy up high, it just didn't sound good to me.

Overall, it's a very musical wah with a lot of excellent characteristics.

I can't wait to get mine. :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you Eggman for getting these photos hosted so quickly.
It gives us Knuckleheads who were unable to0 get there, a great insight into the birthday celebrations.
I bet there are a few "sore heads" this morning !!!

+1 to all of that!

Spud, if there's ever another event we can't get to, we'll have to arrange a knees up of our own in Cardiff or somewhere in honour of everyone else :)
