New Markbass amp and cab for Bongo Stealth

Looks like Dallas was so fun! Thanks for sharing the pix. I'm glad everyone had a good time. To make me try to forget I wasn't there, I pulled the trigger.

Looks just like you were there. Got to play a bunch of MarkBass stuff at GC in Dallas. Great stuff. Ordering some once I have cash in hand.

Great rig! Congrats Gassie!

Thanks, guys. The top is a power conditioner. Under it is a rack tuner. I've ordered the rack ears for the LMII, but I think some Italian person has to forge it or something.

You know how alot of people think the Bongo is weird and all but now I love 'em. I actually really really like the yellow/orange now!

Thanks, guys.

58super, it's great to find someone with the same rig. I really wanted to get a 4x10 but most weighed around 100 lbs. So this one makes me happy and saves my back. The only other was the Epifani but that was quite a bit more expensive.

I played with the band for the first time today. I found myself setting the EQ flat an playing with the VLE and VPF mostly. Great magic knobs.

the mark bass certainly are a light amp. Dammit im a weakling and even i can hold the amp head with one hand. Once you feel how light they are you immediately get spoilt and think every other amp is very heavy.

It was amazing when I first picked up the cab. I was ready for a struggle loading it into the car but there were no problems.

I find those eq settings work really well. If I want to tweak the sound the bongo tone controls are powerful and flexible enough to do itfrom the bass.

Before I bought it I checked it out a couple of times and tried the LMK with various cabs and the 410 with the front ports gave me the thump and bottom end I was looking for.

It's amazing that the HR is even lighter but I thought the same as you and went for the front ports.

I think there are going to be more converts after reading the Bovine Markbass thread :)
