My local music store had a NOS EBMM HD-210 that caught my attention a couple weeks ago. Myself and Mr. Stanky played through it a bit and I really liked it. So today I went and picked it up. The store usually stinks as far as pricing, but I got a pretty good deal on it.

What a great cab. Its a shame these didnt stay on the market. Im not a fan of 10s usually. In fact Id almost sworn 10s off, but then I heard this cab. With my Little Mark II its HUGE sounding for a 2x10.

That's really cool. Can you describe how it sounds (esp compared to the berg)? What year is it? (approx)

Well, driectly compared to the Berg heres my main thought. IMO the HD-210 is more "old school" sounding than the Berg HT112. Its noteworthy that the HD-210 doesnt have a tweeter adjustment (the HD-210 has a tweeter as oposed to the 6" driver in the HD-212). I was a little worried about this. It turns out that the tweeter in the HD-210 is very pleasing to the ear. Its voiced great and sounds smooth from the high mids up to the highs.

How many lbs is that baby?

Its heavy. Its not unbearable, but its no featherweight either.

Also, I usually prefer to keep like brands when running multiple cabs.

HOWEVER, you should hear the sound of the Berg HT112 and the EBMM HD-210 together. Its just HUGE.
