Anyone order a pickguard direct from EBMM?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get a white pickguard for my new Buttercream SR 4 HH. I emailed EBMM asking if I could purchase one directly from them and they said that it would be fine and to just call customer service. After doing that I was told that they dont sell parts to the public and that I would have to go through my local EBMM dealer. Has anyone had success in purchasing one direct?

I purchased one direct - I live in the UK. I called the main number listed on the website and it went through ok. However you should be ok purchasing through your dealer if it comes to it.

Just bought a spare for my 30th about a month ago. Did you tell them you were putting that white on a BC? If you did maybe they just thought you were nuts and sent you on down the line
