Im looking for a hybrid gig back kinda like fender makes that is a hard case in a gigbag. Does anyone make these?

it's a hard case inside a soft one that weighs 10-11.5lbs. And they look awesome!
i'm thinking of getting the double for my dargie/30th!
Only thing is the bongo is not on the list of basses that will fit.

I'm also kinda interested in one of those super cool ritter regular gig bags,
but finding a state-side dealer is difficult.
if anyone knows where to find a really nice ritter bag in the states...pm me!

I think TSA are the ones that didn't close it right when they were done pawing through it. Very frustrating.

The clasps on those cases open very easily, which is why I would never travel with an SKB Bass Safe without a padlock or other way of ensuring the clasps stay closed in transit. Otherwise, the case is a really great concept and a versatile way of having a hard case on hand that will fit a large variety of different basses. Plus, there's plenty of room for socks and undies in the case as well.
