I have a AL in Medallion Gold, but it's in a group shot. Hope ya'll don't mind some other brands.

Don't know if it's the angle, the positioning, the stands or (probably) the combination of all three but the AL looks tiny in comparisaon to everything else. Almost like a 1/2 scale model.

I like the fact that EBMMs are smaller. I'm 5'8" tall and have smaller hands.
Besides, other guitars are heavy for nothing and waste a lot of material resources! :)

Well, it probably is mostly the combination of angle, position, and stand, but the AL FEEls like the smallest guitar I own.
I need to get some better shots of it alone as it's gorgeous close up. Nice birdseye neck too!

No problem rmh925! Thanks to the rest of you for the info & pics of the BFR AL! All part of my learning process - you folks are great. As always. Is there a date set for its introduction or can someone order one right now?

By the way robelinda2, I'm glad to see you finally scored an AL - if memory serves me right there were a few opportunities that slipped through your fingers & an issue of shipping cost to Oz. Hey, I sent you a private message through this forum but don't know if you received it (I'm not real computer savy and may have done something wrong in the process). Got something for you at the recent NAMM that I think you'd like.

rmh, rob, anyone,

Okay, I've got another question about my Pinkburst AL. Please be patient if this seems too obvious. I forgot to ask Albert at the NAMM.

In his pre-EB days, Albert's been associated with a T*le and T*le tone.

Do you folks feel as he adopted the early AXIS (pre-AL name I believe) as his main guitar that he was looking for more Str*t - like tones & versatility (middle p.u.) into his overall sound? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Rob,
Thanks so much! Great article. Didn't know if you read my earlier post (Just before my question about the AL) but I have something for you from the NAMM show that I think you will enjoy. Just need a way to get it to you...thnaks again.

Oh, by the way, is the pickguard on your AL white pearl in color? Or is it an "aged" pearl color? Blessings.
