Im a pretty big fan of Billy F Gibbons(zztop). Ive seen him play a few guitars that the necks are painted. Has ebmm ever did a custom guitar that they have also painted the neck? I think its a pretty cool look myself. If so are there any pics of it?

i did. they didnt look painted to me. looks like inlay as far as the "Ball Family Reserve" goes.

Adam, if you meant "fretboard", then don't say "neck"

Not the same thing. I think painted fretboards are something really rare, I have never seen a MusicMan or guitar from any "big brand" with such a thing.
There are also mirror fretboards, they look awesome but that kind of jobs are usually done by custom shops.

I like it. It's like a Stealth AL. It looks like it should sneak up on you with it's tone, drop a tone bomb on you, and boom...world domination! Like on those crazy JP vids on YouTube.

Seriously, though, it looks super comfortable.

You know, when they say something is a one-off. Is it really a one-off? BP said recently that when they do little projects like this, they make two of them in case they screw one up. So, is there another one of these hiding somewhere?

Played my Strat recently and the dot seemed toooooooooo big and the headtstock also seemed so huge

EBMM design is just perfect
