I think the burnt apple sparkle is really hard to photo as well. It's a darker finish, and the light has to be just right to catch it on camera. Daylight or really bright ambient light seems to help the most.
It is really neat how it really does look like the skin of an apple. The "sparkle" part is actually subtle, and just makes the finish have a little texture or depth.
