A friend of mine has an older Blue Dawn JP and it is a beautiful guitar. Nice choice!

Looks like you and I are both awaiting the arrival of our guitars. I placed my order for a white JP about 3 weeks ago and it has an ETA of Mid-May. Time does not go fast enough in situations like these.

When is yours due in (tentatively)?

Well, the UK distributor is quoting 6 months but my dealer has said more like 4 months so I suppose June/July time.

Its really tough but I have just got to put it out of my mind and try to think about other things like new Blue Dawn JP6s....DAMN IT!! :D

Not wanting to rain on your parade or anything but I had the S&T rep in store today and all guitars are being quoted as 6 months. Anyone saying 4 months at this point in time is not quoting the gospel according to the UK distributor.

Just to put this in prespective my LEAL 06 with MM90s that I ordered in June 06 arrived in mid Jan 07 - it was a long wait agreed - but totally worth it!

Hang in there ;)

Thinking about this a little more....

The first time LE 07s were available to order was at NAMM at the end of Jan 07. We could assume S&T ordered some for "stock", and depending how they allocate guitars to customers if the first one that matches your spec that comes into the country has been allocated to your dealer then I guess you may get it in July.

There seems to be a lot of hypothesis though :D :D

Dave

P.S. The wait is worth it - this should be your mantra from now on........

Thanks DaveB. Actually, maybe 6 months wait will make the financial side of it a little easier as I will have a bit longer to save :D

I will keep you all posted
