Congrats on losing the weight, man. I lost 60 lbs in the last year or so and it was not fun. Hard work and worth it but not fun.

I tuck in my shirt for my day job. It's just doesn't seem rock 'n roll to have it tucked in.

That pic that I posted is probably my most recent photo. I'm even a little lighter now, but not enough to make a difference.
Here's on of me at my highest weight. This was taken at a gig on an outdoor stage in the summer of '05. I weighed about 275 then. I weigh a little less than 190 now.
I don't know if you noticed, but losing the weight made the gray hair go away.
