BP / EBMM fellas;

In the old JP proto videos, I remember seeing what appears to be a 410-HD 130W in the room (amongst other amps)

As a 410-HD owner, I'm interested in who uses it, and what stuff it gets used for etc.... (if at all).

I love that amp I have quite a few old mm amps including several NOS in the box.
THe 4 10 65 with the tube preamp is the holy grail...the speakers arevery close to the old 4x10 bassman spec

My father has an old Music Man 410 seventy five. Unfortunately in the early 90's it got dropped from the truck at a gig and the magnets slid off of the speakers. The cabinet and everythings still in great shape. It now has two crappy peavey 12's in it. Here's a pic:

Thanks for the reply :)

Yep, I love mine.
Just got some new EL34's (Winged C's) for it...... can't wait til they're in and it's all freshly re-biased.

So the one I saw is a 65 then ?
What are the main differences between the 130 & 65 speaker specs ?
Who uses it mostly ?
(excuse the barrage of questions )

PLEASE Keep me in mind if you ever feel the need to part with a NOS 410-HD ! :D ;)

Here
I have an old MM amp at my bench. Great sounding amp, and it is turned on 40 hours a week and subjected to dust, dirt etc, and it still fires up every time, and this thing was built how many decades ago?

Very Cool sound.
ODrive is very muddy, but they have great cleans.
Hook up a good preamp/pedal for some rock, and KACHOW! you can blow the roof off the place!.
Very tough & reliable too. (and heavy)
Mines 35+ yrs old ! - Older than me !

Rob, I might be mistaken, but I seem to recall AL playing through one on one/some of the Youtube vids!
