You look rather proud of him Poppa, I recently spoke to a Uk endorsee of a shall we say "Japan Based" guitar company - he gets some random fella appearing at the odd gig or demo - each time he said the guy talks to him and trys to befriend him then he never sees him again.....

I doubt whether is knuckleheads will rise to the position of endorsee but I'm delighted that we all get the (should be patented) Big Poppa personal service.

Wow BP, looks like you were standing in a dangerous place to take some of those shots, i.e. the Portnoy spit zone!

Has Petrucci still got the perspex covers to protect his cabs from the Camel's spit avalanche?

Looks like it was a great show. John and the rest of the guys from Dream Theater are class acts all the way. Dave L was really cool to me the times I have met him as well. I have never met Satch, but from all accounts he is also a genuinely great guy. Funny how these guys who are so incredibly talented are more down to earth than your typical "rock stars".

Great photos, Poppa. I wish I had that same vantage point when I go to concerts.:D

Has a Bahama Blue Petrucci been made yet? Can't wait to see that.

I just got back from LA this morning after a FANTASTIC G3 show last night! The show was absolutely unreal. Paul, John, and Joe are masters at their craft, and it is such a pleasure to see artist like that perform.

John ripped every note and tone possible out of his new BFRs. He, Dave, and Mike P. pulled the crowd out of their seats numerous times during the set (Derek and I included) and got the whole place jumpin! I can't tell you how much of an honor it is to work with John. Having the opportunity to see him perform live is an amazing experience. Definitely one that inspires me to keep doing what I do as best I can. Thanks again John, for not only a great show, but all of your kindness and generosity!

Now....all of the rest of you stop reading this post and go get your tickets to the next show!!! :)
