Well, +1 on the new house unfortunately - my legal costs keep escalating and the £4.5k I have put by for my deposit and fees isn't likely to be enough at the moment!

hope it works out for you, maybe Tiffs could sell her bass that she has over there for you?

I would definately buy another The only saving grace is that I would then be able to purchase a brand new one.

I won't leave You lot put up with me for ages before I got one, so I'm sure you could put up with me for a bit longer! And we'll still have the Albert Lee. Just wanna find another way if possible as I'd rather sell a kidney than my Sterling!

Well guys, my dilemma MAY be sorted. I hope. The down side is that I feel stripped of all of my self respect and dignity, but if it means the bass can stay, and we can move without a hitch, then it's worth it.

Am awaiting the paperwork for my mortgage offer, then I can get the total of what my costs will be, as well as my completion date - which should then enable us to get things sorted where are are now... this is such a mess!

But yeah, I may owe my parents BIG TIME after this... poor Mum & Dad!
