It's finally here. My Dargie 5H Bongo was in the mailroom at 11:40, and I got the call about 20 minutes later.

I'll be leaving early today, so I promise to have pics up in short order. It's beautiful. This color is something else. As of Scott's last count, it's the only one that will reside in the US with a twin in Canada. As rare as it is pretty--Not that it's ever going anywhere.

I finally got to see one over the weekend at Bass NW.

There was a guy who used to work here that had gear stuff delivered all the time. It was mostly Warmouth custom jobs.

However, our company has since put the kybosh on all personal deliveries to our shipping dept. I don't think he was the cause of it though. Anyway, it would be nice, if I could do that.... I had a hell of a time arranging a time to be home when FedEx delivered my Stingray last month.

Luckily for me most of the guys in the mailroom here are musicians, and they always want to check out what I've got coming in. I also give them a heads up the day before something shows up, and I always go down to the mailroom to pick it up so they don't have to take up half their cart with a big (b)ass box to lug up to me on the third floor.

Heh--Apparently you missed the medallion gold 4H Bongo I owned for a short while. This IS my first 5 string single H.

Once I wipe down the fretboard I just conditioned with Love Potion #15, I'll get some pics taken and posted.
