Let me tell ya, I've had a good bit of shuling on the Yiddish from my upright teacher in college. He's a real mentsh from NYC and plays in Guy's All Star Shoe Band on Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion. I'm not sure what the Yiddish word for Badass is, but he would fit the bill.

A work fate worse than getting fired.

Mark, the kleenex box is a nice touch. I'd run screaming for the door if it was an HR job for a union company. This is not a cut at unions, but the bitter reality of trying to do HR in that environment.
