Wow. After all that I would probably post a warning about this guy on my local musicians board. Nobody else should have to deal with that dude and they would probably appreciate the warning, I know I would. Glad it worked out.

glad to see it ended well koogie!!! You did the right thing and not act on the isntinct of beating the bag out of him. Now let all other musicians in the area know what F-up he is and warn them about playing with him. Did you file charges of theft, koogs?

Most of the local musicians heard he was out of the band. We took the high road in our message, but in private convos, we let them know the deal. We also put something out locally to others as well.

Bass addict....I did not have to file charges of theft. The pawn shop owner filed charges as selling a known stolen property carries more weight. Being over a certain value, it is a felony charge. Hope he doesn't drop the soap....he is in jail right now according to my inside source with the police dept. :cool:
