Queenslanders share the eh/ay thing with Canadians. Although I'm not sure if Canadians say "fillum" instead of "film".

I've heard "fillum" used in Canada before. You just made me remember way back in public school when the morning announcements used to always contain "... and please return all fillums and fillum projectors to the A/V department". I always thought that was a bit weird, but then my parents were British, so I learned to speak proper Yorkshire, like!
