I can even see "transferring data from www.tristanklein.com" at the bottom of the browser when you scroll through the songs!

There's got to be a way to force this guy to take them down. Not cool. Not cool at all.

Edit- Tristan, since he's just streaming the mp3s from your site (and using your bandwidth), you should be able to block the requests from MySpace if you have access to your web server's config.

make it so that the songs aren't available for download

and also that they can't be "added" by users to their profiles.
