Okay, I just did a little research, and some online retailers are offering this guitar NEW for $650. So there's no way you're going to get that much for a used one (mint condition or not). That, plus it's an asian-manufactured guitar with...umm...limited market appeal, you're simply going to take a hit on this one. The good (?) news is that it's likely this guitar will only continue to depreciate so you can sell it now with the comfort that you'd only take a bigger loss down the road.
Never again will I buy anything other than a ball. Lesson learned I suppose
I hope no one thinks I am trying to screw anyone with the price either. I'd NEVER, under any circumstance, try to do anything like that. $650 new is a pretty crazy price for a new one...
At any right, although I am disappointed as expected, thank you all very much for the help. I might go to some guitar shops and try to dump it off after I finish my classes for the semester, and I probably won't bother with ebay anymore for this one. On the upside, I've learned some lessons and can pass them on to others.

From my point of view, they've already done their part by paying. If they aren't happy for some reason (provided it's logical), it wouldn't be their fault. Plus, they have a 100% feedback rating, so it's doubtful they'll be trouble. Thanks for pointing that out though, I'll keep that in mind from now on.

Positive feedback on Ebay has become a form of extortion and Dizzy makes a good point. You are not doing anything wrong by holding off on the feedback until you know the item arrived and the buyer is happy, there are plenty of freaks out there

For all the fantastic Ebayers there are out there, there are some really strange buyers with strange perceptions about their purchase!

Just caught this one. Congrats on the sale.
For future reference:
Presentation is important, but it's not EVERYTHING.
Asking price has a teeny tiny little bit do do with it.
If you start your bid for used gear too high, you're going to get zero bids even if your presentation has animated gifs of naked dancing girls in it. This happens all the time. Just hit the "completed" tab on any search and you'll see lots and lots of auctions with absurd opening bids and zero interest.
The psychology of auctions is interesting. The lower you start the bid, the more action you get because people are trying to jump on a "deal." Insanity takes over and the price climbs rapidly.
Goods always sell at or near what the market deems them to be worth. Which has nothing whatsoever to do with what YOU think it's worth.
Assuming goods in decent condition and presented reasonably with no red flags (e.g., zero feedback seller, anything fishy) I've only seen stuff go for significantly below the going rate in two circumstances:
1) The auction is too short...it's not out there long enough to generate interest.
2) The seller put the thing in the wrong category.
I just picked up an Ampeg SVT-DI tube direct box for about 2/3 the going rate, simply because the guy put it in the wrong category.
For future reference:

I agree with just about everything here. Here are rules to live by:
1) Clear quality pics and paragraph breaks are a must. Just like in the music biz, presentation is THE key to selling.
2) Don't overcharge for shipping. People resent paying what they know is extra to ship. ($40 is okay)
3) Be totally up front about scratches dents, or anything.
Remember, FEEDBACK IS EVERYTHING, so make sure the customer is happy. Your feedback will speak for itself. Not to brag, but I can sell just about anything because my feedback is 1712 and no negatives. That speaks wonders even to new ebayers.

for future reference though, pics sell the guitar on ebay!!! i have sold some ok looking/playing guitars on ebay, but w/ good pics and a good clear description, you get more lookers and usually more $$$!!!!
