Okay, that probably wasn't Beaver, but I felt someone needed to offer some balance.

My first Bongo came from Bass Central, where nearly everyone is named after animals.

My DD BONGO came from Bass Central. But I've known Beaver for about....24 yrs.
He came out to see my band in 1985 and gave me some of the highest compliments from a pro bassist/soloist I have ever received. I'm gonna try to get down to Orlando in june. Hats off to BF

WOW! I want to personally thank all you guys (and girls, who always I always suggest the Sterlings to) for the comments, the welcome, and the business!!!

Technically, I own about 800 basses (Bass Central), and MM is one of my very favorites. When I'm at home, I typically end up reaching for a Sterling from a rack of 5-6 various basses. Great Axe, thanx to my friend, Dave LaRue, who I'm told by EB/MM people, had something to do with the introduction of this model many years ago!
