Folks, I just noticed they DO make fantastic guitars APART from the Silouettes over there at EBMM ;)

King Jimi, I share your temptations and pains but me neither will let go of them Silos :D

...damn, they draw sort of lifelong pensions in german lotteries at the moment that would bring the lucky winners € 5000,- PER MONTH !!!
-> would be equivalent to US $ 6700,- considering todays exchange rates.

Now THAT would be something to SOOTHE the growing addiction 'round here...
...'scuse me, I'm off takin' a chance :D

My Final Color Decision???

CIMG0755.jpg

That's my AL! :D

Uvacom, I believe you've given me my color combo for my first AL:D ! The Trans Blue was the first color I fell in love with! And the abalone guard only makes the trans blue even more beautiful. If I don't change my mind<>about the color, the guitar will be:

Trans Blue/Matching Headstock/Abalone Pickguard/Black MM90's/Hardtail.

I'm gonna dream about it tonight!

Son of a gun those are some nice lookin' AL's. I love the pacific blueburst and black cherry burst on the AL's. Can't go wrong with the transparent red and blue either.

Oh YESSS GW, I'm getting MM90's:D ! I dig your white sparkle and the pictures surely get the point across! If they still offered that color, that would only add to my madness:eek: ! I narrowed down my choices for my first AL to either Trans Blue or White. Those were my "first love" colors for an AL. Now it's about having a matching headstock or knot!

It's sometimes a discussion here about headstocks. I love the non matching ones with maple, the rosewood boards seem to go better with matching "tops and tails".
Can't wait till you get an AL and offer up some opinions.
