Facts are facts folks...no orders were cancelled until this thread folks and I'd be very happy to see Biff post up any documentation showing where I did cancel the orders. Believe what you want to believe. I really don't give a ****. I'm just very relieved to be done dealing with an egomaniac with an obvious inferiority complex. Nobody likes a sucker puncher, or a snitch for that matter either.

I'm sorry, I may have missed something important - you're saying NO BASSES/INSTRUMENTS were dropped BY YOU from that final invoice? Surely you're not trying to run that up the flagpole, although I don't know why I'd be surprised. You've not been exactly forthcoming about most of this, so don't expect me to be surprised if you want to stick to that fabrication.

By the way, not sure who the sucker puncher is or the snitch, for that matter, but if you mean BP as the former and me as the latter - you're wrong. People freakin' love us! It's crazy, really.

"Snitch" is not exactly right, however, since that implies that I 'told on you' behind your back. I can't think of anything I haven't said to you directly, actually, in what was obviously an ignorant attempt on my part to believe in you.

See? In every cloud, a silver lining.

You emailed me yesterday and asked me in writing to reregister so we could talk it out.

And you can't keep your stories straight. When you're thinking clearly, you're sorry about all this, you give up, Sterling was only trying to keep you from imploding and so on. And then the sun goes down - or something - and you can't help yourself. It's back to "everyone is out to get me".

Looky here:

I do hereby admit complete and utter surrender.

Why would you do that if it's all an evil plot by Sucker Puncher (blow hard) and Snitch (blow harder)?

I sit here and watch the mass exedous off the Pit which I may as well shut down rather than throw any good money after bad in a remodel/update.

If you have any good money, you should take care of Lisa, Rex and NorM.

Jack

PS: And give the Pit to someone who actually gives a damn.

Drinks in about 6 months? I'll miss ya Biff you're one of the few in this business that have any balls at all.

Good luck to you...

Steve

WHich Steve should I respond to. Steve I dont drink and dont plan on drinking with you if I did. I hope that you can conquer whatever demons that consume a otherwise clever and creative man.

Thanks for acknowledging that I fought for the customer. I actually fought for you you too.....you just either couldnt handle it or see it. I consider this closed unless you cannot control your anger and mouth. Right now the only action you will get from me or my team is a reaction.

Please dont respond, pm, or initiate contact in any maner.

The only thing I've seen out of you since we asked you to adhere to your Dealer Agreement is sucker punching.

And you snitched on me.

And you snitched on me.

I knew that's what this was about with you Beth and I told Jack this the last time I talked to him although he deosn't remember the 3-way conversation between he, Sterling and I when I screwed up. As soon as I said it I knew right away I messed up but my intention was not to to get you in trouble with the big guy. The fact that it apparently did only prooves that you kept our IM conversation confidential.

We were discussing the situation and I mentioned how much you had helped me and that you did make a difference in my life. As soon as it came out Sterling blustered "What??? Beth knew???" and I just sank like a rock knowing what I had done. You can vent and call me all names you wish Beth but I will never forget what you did for me ...never.

I in no way intended on snitching on you or to get you in any trouble and I am sorry if I did.

To: Norm

Please do not continue to call me. You are the one who lost faith, panicked and outted yourself. If you had just relaxed as I had asked you to do I'd be driving down this weekend with your new Albert Lee and we'd go eat meat bombs and diet Pepsis and giggling like a couple of idiots while taking pics of me rubbing my butt on it for Sterling's B-Day card as discussed. Then you went and filed the PayPal dispute last night because you again lost faith in that I'd return your money in spite of the fact not a single person can truthfuly say that I've ever ripped anyone off in almost 10 years in this business. Now your action of filing that dispute before talking to me has sucked the funds out of my account, flipped me upside down causing other things to bounce and in general because you assumed still had the money in PayPal when in fact I had taken the majority out
to deposit into another account and use that account's card to pay Scott for your guitar not to mention adding a ding to my Paypal account history unjustly. I'm sorry manbut you will have to wait now for the slow wheels of PayPal's investigation to be to turn in order to get your refund and I should ding you for any bank fees I accumulate as a result too but I won't.

Lets please let the waters smooth if at all possible. I really want to stop the dialogue here.
Having said that Im glad to know about the birthday card idea. I was softening.

Hows this? All customers that count are taken care of. WE did it by beating the tar out each other....(you got the worst of it, skinny boy)...Now lets talk about anyting but ceiling cats, and biz bs. I am glad that your latest member is back.......

Dont make me ban you!!!!!!!

All bad ideas start off as good ideas. You Tube and my memories are full of those.
Frankly I have long since dismissed it.

The following is a joke not directed at anyone:
There are plenty of other things I need to rub my ass on, you know, for luck.

Steve, you're wrong when you say that you know that this was what it was about with me. I never brought up the fact that you ratted me out to Sterling about our conversation until you started calling Jack a snitch. I just thought to myself "people in glass houses..."

What irks me the most about this situation is how much stress you've put on our mutual customers and how much they've had to cowtow to you and your constantly changing attitude because they only want their instruments that they've paid for. These Dargies also being limited editions added to the urgency of your customers receiving them. You hurt our friends, Steve. Ultimately, this is what it was about with me. Instead of choosing to turn over a new leaf, get help for yourself, and stop floating a bad habit with business funds, you continued the charade and blatantly continued using and threw the blame of any problem arising out of this at our feet.

I only hope that honest efforts will be made on your behalf to mend the ties you've broken. Remember The Tao of Willie.

Im glad everyones is happy and that we are done. Good luck in the future. My production delays have nothing to do with a meth head cancelling orders.

Please leave and do not post here again.

It's not called Production Delays, It's called Quality in Production, One of the only American Companies who actully still give a Damn.

Take all the time you want, because when I get my bass I don't have to spend a Month trying to set it up.

The reason why? because some CEO takes the time to make sure the instruments are made correctly from the beginning.

You got it Biff.

Beth, you are missing the point but this discussion is not for here so I'd be happy to discuss it with you via PM or email though and I stopped using long before the Dargies were even shipping FYI.

Norm I'll get your money back asap but now Lisa put a hold on my PayPal and is refusing to ship back the CAR Bongo and I'll be damned if I'll put another penny in that account while she still has the bass so I'll most likely be driving down your way to pay you in cash in a brown paper bag. (checking match.com for Tuscon prospects to make trip wothwhile.)
