I have two vans, a 1995 GMC Safari with 285,000km on it (I use this to haul my trailer with the band's P.A. gear on weekends, hence the high mileage...) and a 1997 GMC Safari with 205,000km on it. In the past, I had a 1991 GMC Safari that had 340,000km on it, so I guess these babies can survive a lot of driving.....

The wife and daughter share a 1997 Dodge Stratus.

Instead of updating the vehicles, I chose to update my guitar collection. I think I made a wise choice....

I have a Fiat Punto to replace this Fiat Uno.

I don't have a photo of the Punto -which does almost 60 miles to the gallon and I drive about 6000 miles a year thats 100 gallons at £5 a gallon = £500 a year on gas! or about £42 - £44 a month. Not bad huh ? Oh yeah and the new Fiat Punto has air bags!!! ;)
Edit
and the front of the car looks just as bad as the back!!

Hey Spudmurphy this comes from driving on the wrong side of the street in your country:)

i´m driving an opel vectra "B" caravan with a 2.2 DTI engine.
it´s the perfect car for musicans because:
flip down the backseats, put in 6 guitarcases (up to the roof), after that put in two 4x12" marshall cabs (one left and one right) between put some heads and behind all this you can place a rack, guitarstand and some other things.
it´s really no problem to transport a complete fullstack or two halfstacks plus racks plus 6 guitars.

but the car i really wanna drive is a Holden UTE V8 SS with a 6.0l engine. but these cars are only availible in australia.......

Ford Focus wagon.

Not a cool car, but it gets 30 mpg and carries all of the band equipment with room left for a passenger.

Wait, that does make it a cool car.....

Bingo....we're in the same class there...I had to ditch the Xterra because it had a wealth of issues after pounding it for almost 9 years and the gas mileage suuuuuuuuucked hard. I'm loving the new piece so far. Car note...eh not so much...but both my fiance and I now drive the same car (different colors of course) because both of us had cars that expired simultaneously...

That's cool!!!!

Thanks Fogman,

it easily seats 4, is pretty nippy, has a 100% aluminium frame so its light which allows it to average 55mpg plus it could easily park on the deck of all these HEMI pickups :D :D

Well, it seems that I am incapable of doing anything rational with vehicles, so here goes:

The Dart Sport
1974 Dart Sport 340, this pic was from October '03, now it pulls wheelies.
I worked myself silly in highschool and got into musclecars, this is my "number 1"

When I'm not eating or working I am usually cleaning parts or doing something to further along the progress on the Cuda.
