has anybody tried pitch perfect

in BP every month there is an advert for Pitch perfect i normally would pass this stuff off as a scam,but i was wondering has anybody tried it or know more about it.Using colour to identify notes? sounds bizarre,just saying...
if you have tried it let me know what you think.

Considering the massive amounts of money they must spend on advertising - tons of people must be buying it. Fess up guys and gals - who has it and does it work?

I have copies of the cds and for me it's hard to get through. I think I listened to the first 2 cds and all the guy does is talk and talk and talk about stuff, but never gets to any of the actual exercises. Just keeps repeating over and over how F# is 'twangy'. The only excercise I did get to was to take out a piece of paper and some crayons and color 'like a little child'. I think that was the end of the first cd.

Plus, the presentation is a little strange. He has some "big room" echo/reverb effect on his voice, and talks as if he's giving a lecture to a roomful of people, as opposed to any sort of instruction. But as I said before, I only got through 2 cds. That was enough for me, though. I put it aside for now.

Not that there's anything wrong with this, but the guy sounds a bit fem, and that was distracting to me as well.

LOL, that is bad..
But if you look close on that pick with the guitar, it almost looks like a doctored picture, the forehead appears off as if it was a blend with another picture.

Hilarious! When we were in San Luis Obispo and I worked in the billing department and hadn't really started taking my job seriously, it was always his head that I cut out in the shape of a heart and placed on one of the ladies' desks in the office with a note next to it with an arrow "THIS IS YOUR BOYFRIEND".
