Thanks Tiff! That's just a shot from the real estate website, so I don't know it it's morning or arvo. The room faces south, so it won't get any direct sun, which is a good thing come summer.

niice thats what i was thinking about lol... we lived in a place that got morning sun till about midday through our top windows, it faded curtains, couches...everything lol.

i didnt know u kids down south were in such a bad way, yikes that sucks. Toowoomba got a few showers this week, but i dont think it was anything substantial, and as usual i dont think it was over the dams.

Sydney's current water restrictions are no lawn sprinklers or fixed garden watering systems at any time (other than drip irrigation systems), use of a handheld hose for garden watering only after 5pm on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, car washing with a bucket only (no hose), no hosing of driveways/paths etc, no filling or topping up of swimming pools without a permit etc.
