to those who ask why...I ask why you care what makes someone else happy...
I also think that he will never lose money on them if he ever sells them. I guess it would make you guys happier if it was in cd's or bonds.

Great collection! I am glad to see such basses in the hands of a forum member who will take care of them. After sadly looking at several trashed exotic cars over the weekend, I am all for people who appreciate great things!

BP is right, these 30th's will go the same way as the 20th SR4's did. When those 20th's were hitting the 5yr old mark, they were fetching more than they were when new.

To be honest, they are very close in sound, at least to my ears. There is not a dud in the bunch.

E55565 is the one I use regularly, which come is at 9 pounds 10 ounces. They range from 9 pounds 3 ounces to 10 pounds 12 ounces.

I have around 25 EBMM guitars and basses, and many more from other brands, although that has been shrinking since I have thrown my hat in the MusicMan ring.
