I just bought my first EBMM - an Axis Supersport with the rosewood finish. I love it. I bought it new from GC. When I received it in the mail (long story), it didn't contain any case candy, not even the warranty card or case key. Before contacting GC, I'd like to know what else it was supposed to come with. What case candy was supposed to come with it?

After I enjoy playing it, I'll post some pics up on the forum (BTW, I'm new here!) to share my new joy with you all!

Case candy? Uh...like M&M's? :p No, seriously, there is really nothing much that comes with the guitar. Just a warranty/registration card, a trem bar (if applicable), keys to the case, a polish cloth. That's it.

Oh. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome!

The guitars ship from the factory with a warranty card, polishing cloth, & key. Depending on particular options, it may also have tremolo springs (allen wrench with the locking tremolo), a switching diagram &/or a battery door instruction diagram may also be included.

Oh yeah. I forgot the trem springs and diagrams.

Like I said in another thread, Fender and Gibson give more candy because they feel bad about the piece of crap they just sold you. Music Man guitars speak for themselves. I guess if I opened a case and saw an SG, I'd want free stuff to ease the pain.

Welcome to the forums. This place rules, so please stick around. I have a rosewood too. It rules. Pics?

I'm really loving my new guitar! I'm going to call the salesman at GC to get my warranty card and case key. Thanks for waiting on the pics - here she is:
