Back in 2000, I bought my first EBMM bass, a black Stingray. I owned it & played it for about 5 years, and then I traded it to Moondog for a burnt apple SR5. It didn't take long for me to miss that bass that I traded away.

Well, 2 years later, Mr. Lunarcanine decided to part with that black Stingray. Being the great guy that he is, he offered it to me first. I jumped at the opportunity to have that bass back! I had to boot my P-bass out (thanks, eBay!), but I don't care. Now my bass collection consists only of EBMM basses.

Thanks, Ken!

Here's the ol' black 'Ray, back at home:

And here's the whole little family:

Funny thing is that the honeyburst & black 'Rays both belonged to Ken for a time. :D

I am thinking of giving my P bass the boot, dont get me wrong its a fine bass but i just want another ray,or maybe a Bongo (still not sure about the whole darkside thing)
What is making up my mind is the fact that the only bass i gig now is my SR5,the poor old P is just sitting in a case.might just stick it on Evil bay and see if i get any offers.

Wonderful basses Bill, and you deserve them!

I think I'm gonna get me a cat scan or MRI to try
to figure out why the hell I let these basses go . . .
That HB Ray was my first . .

Well, I'm at my quota of 7 basses now, 5 Rays and
a couple P's . . and IF you ever need to part w/any
of those SR4's Bill, I got dibs ;)

"Lunarcanine" ? I love it! :p
