If she comes home too early, it's on her.

I just wanted to make sure we weren't going to have a repeat of her showing up early and catching you parading around in her underwear. As I recall, that wasn't pleasant for anyone.

I wish you could make it too, Chuck. And he's right, folks - that stupid Peavey rig sounds pretty good for what it is. I wouldn't be scared to gig with it (in fact, I have, now that I give it some thought).

Bill - we'll miss you.

John - bring the slutty-fretted basses if you must. The mandolin is a REQUIREMENT.

Travis, if you and Stanky came come, I'll set up a tent in the backyard by the pool for ya. I know you two need your private spooning time.

The rest of you Dall-Ass guys, you need to let me know. Where Tim Dawson?

The now-confirmed date is July 6th. Friday night.

Jack

Been on the road on business a bunch boss, but right here! And I'll be there, unless I get my ass dragged out of town again . . .

I sure would like to fly down but that's during the party season here in the mountains. We’ve got the Grayson County Fiddlers Convention this weekend, the Ward Family Annual Gathering (you’ all invited) the next weekend. And when you come from a town named “Independence, VA” you can bet the 4th of July is a BIG event!

But one of these days….

You all have fun, and take plenty of pictures, and drink too much of course. :D

July SIXTH, Chuck - after all your stuff has concluded.

Someone's threatening to bring buffalo brisket.

I'm just saying.

Language, little mister!

What time are you done with this so-called gig?

Listen. For those of you who are not gigging and who live nearby, this is going to be sort of low-key fun. Not a Big Poppa Type Blast, mind you, but we find ways to enjoy ourselves at Camp Bovine.

Beagle-Man is coming with meat and his sixers. My basses will of course be available for fondling - the BP Bongo, the Flaming Biff, the DD HH SR5, the new 20th, the 30th SR4. I'm sure SmallEQ and Strangeglow will bring some interesting instruments, and it goes without saying that I'll have the Dream Peavey rig hooked up.

The last time this happened, we had the largest collection of Bongos outside of maybe Dargin's closet.

We also some very interesting 'bass stations' set up throughout the house.

And, if that's not enough to tempt you, I have one large Ernie Ball 'horns' shirt to give away to some lucky girl! I mean, um, not girl. PERSON.

I'll set up some kind of contest! And whoever comes in second and doesn't get the shirt, I'll give you thirty seconds with BP's cellphone.
