There are some pretty cool DVDs out there. Lamb of God's Sacrament comes with a DVD that shows the making of the new album. Gigantour has some cool live footage of Dream Theater, Nevermore, Symphony X, Megadeth and others from the tour. Pantera's Vulgar Video collection shows more naked women and drinking than music, but I'm alright with that. And then theres DVDs like Korn's Duece [more like (insert Manfred Mann lyric)
] that shows a band that obviously thinks they're the greatest thing on the planet, but looking back on it now, they look like idiots [I should've seen that back when I liked them].
So, what's your favorite music related DVD? Be it Spinal Tap, Rockstar or Slayer, name it and what about it you dig the most.
I'll have to go with Dream Theater's Chaos in Motion as my recent fave, it's funny, fun to watch, and inspiring, showing how the band got in the groove for the album, the concept [or lack thereof] behind it, and take after take of mistakes [I didn't think DT made mistakes haha]
