O.K...We all understand copyright laws are a slippery slope to get onto..So lets just call it the JP6 S-1 or JP7 S-1 ..The S would stand for schmuck .This is how I see it .We call it the schmuck series John Petrucci's .Then 15 years from now..when somehow John gets high on a daily basis..He'll fire John Myung for hanging out with Chris Collins...John then will have his son Mystic dream play the bass..Because John will swear his 15 year old son has the chops to play John Myung riffs after 5 months of intense training..Which then John Petrucci will declare he's taking Dream Theater on a 2 year world tour fronted by Charlie Dominici . At this time...I will have already patented & copywritten the name "SCHMUCKEN-STRAT"...So with the help of the ELITE LUTHIER CORPS. also known as Mick Fleetwood's Zoo roadcrew..but known to most as the Fender Custom Shop Crew "Hello Alex".I will turn out these SCHMUCKEN-STRAT's for $25,000.00 a piece.well..I will make enuff money to retire in a 14X64 Fleetwood Classic mobilehome on the shores of the Salton Sea ...It's making a comeback you know ???

They used to call me Bongo Lips in junior high because they said I had big lips:(. Now, there's a bass guitar called Bongo..................better not let any of my friends know:p.
You could keep it F-1, and just sound out the F really long (like Ffffffffffffff) in the legal procedings. Ok, I'm just being silly.
