Dargin,

I think I was one of the lucky ones with a BFR top. This thing is truly amazing! Thanks again for an awesome instrument. When I get our digital camera back, I will post pics.

No we mixed in about 30 BFR grade tops, I would say it's about 50/50.

Dubaldo told me that my 5HS/Matching is on the build calendar for Oct 12, so if you can accidentally keep one of these tops around until then (and have it land on my bass, even!), man, would I be grateful! :D :D :D :D

Oooh, me likes those odds :D. A quilt vould be the icing on the cake, but I'll be just as happy with a nice flame ;)

Should be getting news any day now!! Hope it gets here before I leave on holliday

No, no, no.

30 BFR tops mixed in to ALL the 20th SR5s.

Then the mix between quilt and flame is about 50/50.

Two distinct issues!

What??

Does anyone have pictures to show the differences??

BTW didn't Forrest Gump say

"Ordering a 20th Anniversary Stingray is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."
